The promoters of this building were the couple formed by Juan Carlos Andión Garrido and María Pérez González, who decided to build this house before 1773, as there are references to its existence in this year. It is not known who the architect was, although it demonstrates great skill, especially in its main facade.
The house was intended for lodging during the Royal Days. In 1777, it was leased to an important company, nicknamed "the Milanese", and for this reason it is called as such.
empty
It is a rectangular building with four facades and four storeys, although one must have been added at the end of the 19th century. The entrance is highlighted by a granite surround and framing pilasters. Above it is located the balcony of the main floor.
Empty string
Due to the distancing and subsequent disappearance of the Royal Journeys, half of the house was sold in 1848 and at the end of the 19th century its function changed, being designated as a residential building.
