“Every morning the world wakes up in a unique way”

What began as a simple routine of morning walks with her dog has become the source of inspiration for this collection. In these works, "real" nature intertwines with threads of fantasy.

She invites us to join her on a walk, to see the magic of the everyday and to connect with a vibrant nature.

After years dedicated to the intimacy of portraits and commissions, their gaze now expands towards the landscape and broadens the format. In this new stage, they explore expressive freedom, the play.. between the figurative, the abstract and the symbolic.

Isabel Navarro has lived in Zarzalejo for 16 years. She trained as a restorer of ancient painting and practised for years. She is part of Estudios Abiertos Zarzalejo, together with artist neighbours. @estudiosabiertoszarzalejo
