Asador del Rey restaurant is a place for lovers of fine dining and history. Its decoration is inspired by the medieval era, featuring shields and banners.
Gastronomy based on traditional Castilian cuisine. Its roast cooks prepare, in view of the customer, a dozen dishes cooked in a holm oak wood-fired oven and grill. Traditional Castilian oven and charcoal grill that allow for artisanal preparation as was done in the kitchens of our ancestors. Roasted lamb, suckling pig and premium beef meats over the embers, accompanied by a select cellar of red wines and delicious homemade desserts.
Its privileged location allows you to enjoy magnificent views of the Royal Monastery of El Escorial from some of its lounges and outdoor terrace.
Part of its facilities are located within the former Infantry Barracks of the Spanish and Walloon Guards of King Ferdinand V, founded in 1717, preserving some decorative elements and masonry from that era
