The Asador del Rey restaurant is a place for lovers of good food and history. Its decoration is inspired by medieval times, with coats of arms and flags.
Gastronomy based on traditional Castilian cuisine. Its rotisserie chefs prepare, in full view of the customer, a dozen dishes cooked in an oak wood oven and grill. Traditional Castilian oven and charcoal grill that allows a traditional preparation as it was done in the kitchen of our ancestors. Roast lamb, suckling pig and premium grilled beef, accompanied by a select cellar of red wines, and rich homemade desserts.
Its privileged location allows you to enjoy magnificent views of the Royal Monastery of El Escorial from some of its lounges and outdoor terrace.
Part of its facilities are located inside the old Infantry Barracks of the Spanish and Walloon Guards of King Ferdinand V founded in 1717, preserving some decorative elements and masonry of that time.
